MANs (METROPOLITAN AREA NETWORK)
- high speed of network that connects local area networks in a metropolitan area such as city or town and handles the bulk of communications activity across that region.
WANs ( WIDE AREA NETWORK)
- network that covers a large geographical area such as a city, country or the world using communications channel that combines many type of media such as telephone lines, cables and radio waves.
